Controller introduces Mayor Barry. Mayor Barry makes brief remarks regarding the two audit firms (COOPERS & L.YBRAND and BERT Ы . SMITH, JR. & CO., CHTD . ) ; then makes presentations to: John Silton, Managing Partner Coopers &■ Lybrand Bert W. Smith , Jr Managing Partner Bert W. Smith, Jr. & Co;, Chtd. Mayor Barry reads prepared paragraph describing houi agency awards were chosen, indicating that Coopers &• Lybrand reviewed the selection process. The Mayor then makes the presentations, asking Peter Nunn for the winning envelope,.. Group 2 and Group 1. Mayor makes final remarks . Tony Calhoun makes presentations to Audit managing partners (Peter Nunn, Coopers &■ Lybrand and George Willie, Bert W. Smith, -Jr. & Co., Chtd.), and to OFM staff members . Reception continues until 9:00 p.m.
