GOOD AFTERNOON! I'D LIKE TO WELCOME ALL OF YOU HERE TODAY AT THE BIRTH OF A NEW COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION. ALTHOUGH THE GATHERING IS SMALL THE IMPORTANCE OF THIS EVENT IS GREAT. MUCH WILL BE EXPECTED OF THIS NEW CDC- THE CHALLENGES FACING IT ARE FORMIDABLE. HOWEVER, IF THOSE CHALLENGES CAN BE SUCCESSFULLY MET, THE BENEFITS TO SOUTHEAST, AND THE ENTIRE CITY WOULD BE TREMENDOUS. THE
