DECEMBER 17TH, 1987 Notes ♦Mortimer Lebowitz was President of the Washington Urban League Board of Directors and is currently Chairperson of the Board of Directors for the Washington School of Psychiatry. His wife is a volunteer there. As the Chairperson of the Board of Directors for the Washington School of Psychiatry, he works to provide programs for low income residents. He is also President of Morton's Department Stores. ♦Floretta McKenzie is the other honoree. ♦There is no planned agenda. The Association's President, Gloria Liebenson will make the introductions and present the awards.
