" You HAVE RESPONDED TO THE HIGHEST CALL THAT CAN BE MADE BY MAN. — Each of you has utilized your talents and gone beyond what IS REQUIRED. — I AM PLEASED TO HAVE BEEN COUNTED AMONG YOU. -- Today more than ever there is a need for each of us to reach OUT TO OUR FELLOW MAN, HOLD THEIR HAND AND GUIDE THEM ALONG A SOMETIME DIFFICULT PATH OF LIFE. -- As I said in my Inauguration Address, we are one Washington AND ALL OF US MUST WORK TOGETHER TO MAKE A GREAT CITY GREATER. — YOU HAVE SHOWN THAT IT CAN BE DONE, -- Congratulations. -- God Bless You,
